Do you have one to share that turns out clear (strained peppers)? without food coloring added?

Thanks.

My husband makes a habanero jelly, but it is more like a marmalade with slivers of habaneros suspended in apple jelly. It is delicious on cream cheese and crackers!!

If you want one that is clear, I would strain out the unwanted pieces before putting into the jars and I would leave out any food coloring. I make a apricot hot pepper jelly but it has small pieces in it.
I did a web search to find my recipe and have used it for 3-4 years now. There were several to choose from at the time. Let me know if you are interested in my recipe and I will dig it out for you. It too goes great on cream cheese and crackers.

I have jalapeno peppers. Any recipes using that pepper? Even un-strained?

Girls, I posted the recipe on my blog. I hope you like it. I have a friend that uses blackberries and I have her recipe...it is very good too. I have never made it because I bring the apricot and she brings the blackberry to all our dinners and functions.

Enjoy!

I decided to keep mine but next Spring, I hope to have a new electric drum carder. I don't know of anyone selling one right now.

I may end up selling it later this fall when I sell my lambs. I will keep you on my list if I sell my carder.
