Those kohlrabe patties look soooooo good! I didn't grow any this year..but will find some at farmer's market. Can't wait to try them. Love just about any kind of veggie patty (comfort food) Thanks for sharing your recipe!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

These patties look quite delicious! I have never had Kohlrabi. What does it taste like? Also love the idea of using squash to do the same thing too. I am always looking for a new way to use zucchini down here where it grows like crazy!!

Is it hard to grow? Isn't it a cross between cabbage and something else?

It's roots grow in the soil, but the kohlrabi and it's leaves are above the soil. It's in the cabbage family and very easy to grow.

Kristina, we had your kohlrabi patties recipe with supper tonight. Yum! Made a special trip to farmer's market for the kohlrabi. DH enjoyed it to. We'll have them again! Thanks, again for sharing.
