Yes, jackrabbits are skinny and long legged. They get that way rrunning from coyotes. Cotton tail rabbits are plumper and cuter.

Not all of you are getting the Texas animals postcard. Only half of you will get that one and the rest will have to,wait and see. Embarking on a 20 day adventure this morning wihich includes Washington DC, NYC, and Seattle. Layover this morning in Kansas City so maybe the rest of the cards will come from there. :)

Your trip sounds wonderful. ENJOY!! Is this a pleasure trip? DC is my most favorite city. There is SO much to do there. They have a spy museum now that was alot of fun to do. I hope you have a ball! Joey

Joey iI am attending an international convention in NYC and pre convention seminar in DC for a teacher organization I am a member of. Then when I get back hubby and I are taking our vacation to Seattle.

Hi Girl,
Been off the computer for a few days, had friends visiting from Georgia. Wanted to say thank you very much to Sylvia for the neat Texas wildlife postcard that I got last week! I agree with you- I wouldnt mind seeing most of those critters, but you sure can keep the rattlesnakes!

I got another postcard and it from(wait for it) Karla(Hoosiercountry). And I love the Florida postcard, she stuck a small shark tooth on it.
My hubby and I lived in Clearwater for a year and a half and loved to look for shark's tooth. Saw dolphins up close . I love the weather in the south , but i also miss the four seasons. So thank you for the postcard Karla! Marlee
