Thank you Secret Sister for my sweet purple-icious package! I have been meaning to post a picture but my camera has been mean, so here's a description: A lovely handmade paper basket with a butterfly, my new favorite bandana (my last one I wore so much I was mending over mending!), chocolate, tea, and pretty napkins. All things that make me smile!

So, it is a dull, dreary and rainy day this afternoon, and I really did not feel like getting in the car and going the two miles down the road to my mailbox. But, I had this feeling and something kept telling me to go check the mail and am I so happy I did.
My SS package arrived today and I love everything. The prim tealight candle holder with the etched star, my Patriotic writing paper, I love flags and bears and everything Red, White and Blue. Some lovely smelling shampoo, cream rinse, body lotion and soap I could small it when I opened my box, a sweet little tag that I believe my secret sister made, a little frame and some creative memories stickers.
Thank you so much SS, sure happy I decided I should check my mail today, I love surprises and farmgirl mail.

Got my camera running and wanted to post May SS when I checked my mail also had June SS so here is a picture of both the rooster(May)stuff is on the left the the June things are on the right. LOVE them all so many thanks.

I wish I could find a way to get my computer to work, on the pictures if I can;t save it from others in my pictures I can't get it on my computer straight from my camera, sorry.

I save the pictures I want to use to my desktop and then when I want to post them it is easy to find. Then I can move them later to another folder or delete them.

The recipe books look great, when I have more
time I'll have to plan a few meals.

Sweet Secret Sister, Wow is all I can say :)! Received a lovely package from you today, full of everything I love! Vintage table linen, so sweet, flower seeds, going to plant right away, cutest little pin cushion and some vintage buttons. The book that I wanted :) (how did you know) on Vintage Linens - love it! and another Magazine "A Simple Life" that I had never seen, sure will enjoy reading that cover-to-cover! The note card was so sweet too - love Mary Englebrite. You sure know how to make your Secret Sister do the "Happy Dance"! Photo's to follow:

I received a fun package from my Secret Sister just the other day. She sent me stationary (I love to write letters), recipe cards, some travel packs of starbucks, stickers and a cute tin. When I opened the tin she had tucked in several packets of tea... hot and cold!!! Thank you SS, I love my package (-:

I got a fun package today with little things to pamper myself with! Thank you secret sister! You obviously knew I needed some "me time" with all those fun things!
I got a beautiful reusable shopping bag, a pocket pedicure kit and mini -manicure kit, some great smelling lotion, a cute magic towel, a beautiful fan, some mini post-its, a mint tea bag, a journal and pen to go with and some hot tamales! :) I am so going to lock myself in the bathroom tomorrow for a few moments and relish in my luxuries!
Thanks secret sis!!! I'm starting my brand new gratitude journal with being thankful for you!

It's been raining off and on all week - gloomy gloomy. I found a lovely package in the mail from my Secret Sister with a copy of Southern Lady magazine that I promptly sat down to read while sipping tea. By the time I finished both, the rain was over and the sun was out!
I also recieved a super pretty quilted mug mat, a glittery handmade card, and some sweet stickers. The Hubby was drooling over the great Shrimp Creole recipe on the card, so we'll be having that for dinner too!
I wish I could post some pictures but my camera's officially dead and I don't have funds to buy another yet. Even though I can't show it, I hope you know how much I appreciate you sweet Sister!

BillieJo and Debra, I am so sorry that your Secret Sisters have not followed through with their commitment, it makes me very sad :( for you!
Please don't let this affect your Journey on MJF. Most of the Farmgirls do "keep their promises" and follow through.
If you will e-mail me your addresses I would love to send you a "Surprise", even though it won't be a secret from who it comes from.
