Hello Secret Sister,
I have been out of town again....this time for mothers day and came home to your wonderful note with a Chicken Poem in it. How cute!! I love chickens, havent been able to get them yet, one we are not home enough and two the town we live in is still not "backyard chicken friendly".
Look forward to our next "meeting"

Heres the pretty, purple package I got...I love everything sooo much!
I haven't done cross stitch (apart from on plastic canvas) before so I can't wait to start on my butterfly.
I plan to use the box (which I really love because not only is it purple, but it has magnola blossoms on it & Iam a Ga girl.) for my collection of hair combs. I want to take a pic of my son and put it in one of the little butterfly notecards & put it on my memo board my sewing place. Its pretty dark & gloomy in there so I like to add alot of garden style whismy so I can get alittle taste of outside while I work. :)

I recieved a woderful package in the mail today. Thank you very much. I love the windchimes,the card,chocolate ad the cute Chickpeas pattern. I can't wait to get started and make some. Here's the picture.

My SS package arrived today rooster dish towel, hot pad, candle holder, and a sweet little rooster figurine. I will get pictures as soon as I get new batteries. Thank you so much.

Oh what a trying week I had. Then I found a little package!

To my SS. I don't know who yoou are but you sure know how to make someone's day . My package was waiting for me when I got home from sitting with a lady over the weekend. First a little victorian dish which love because i am in to Victorian,a lttle country pincushion with 2 cute buttons sewed on.,and a dish towel in burgundy and beige with live laugh love on it. And a sweet card. I just love it and choclate candy Ferrero Rocher. Oh which I am loving right this minute. My husband says your farmgirl sisters probably sent that for me. Havent let them out of my sight.MY SS sister ask me did I like dark chocolate.Yes. I am a Chocaholic. So to my SS THANK YOU, THANK YOU, ThANK YOU. I feel the HAPPY DANCE coming on.

Sister, sister,
You are soooo sweet! I got my mail today and in it was my pkg. from my SS. My camera is on the fritz so I am not able to post a picture, but the description will do for now. I have a nice little notebook, very pretty on the outside, and in a strawberry covered bandana was a small cloth bag with a beautiful turquoise necklace inside, and a wonderful magazine,Southern Lady, with all kinds of neat things in it and great pics to daydream of, and to top it off a wonderrful card that was so sweet. You sure made an otherwise drab and dreary day extra special. Thank you Secret Sister!!!

To my lovely secret sister, THANK YOU! I received your package over the weekend, and I think it's so neat that you made a thrift store trip for me! I love thrifting, and you are apparently quite good at it. :) I'm sorry about the lack of a picture, but I received a "kitchen-themed" package with some great vintage cookbooks, glam gloves for cleaning (I made my husband try them on LOL), a handy scraper (which will be perfect for cleaning my counter after I make bread - I normally use a spatula and it's a total pain), a bonus gardening book, and a great little note. You are a sweetheart - thank you! :)

I was gone for a week, and was dragging my suitcase into the house. Dirty, tired, frustrated...just wanted to toss everything on the floor and hit the bed. Just going through the mail and there it was! My secret sister package. A multi-colored hand knitted wash rag & a yard of beautiful yellow fabric! Just enough for a new apron. I can't wait to cut it out!! Here is a pic:
