Linda(lindagwynn) did you get in touch with your partner yet? I saw the last time she had posted, on a different topic, was March 22. Her other email is stefffic@gmail.com.
If you don't hear from her at that address...let Joan know1 Sorry you are having a problem with the swap. I seems to have worked well for so many. I was quite blessed by my swap partner and would certainly like to bestow books on you on behalf of all who have been blessed . No expectation of anything from you...I am truly dissappointed with the fact that Stephanie has not even responded. But please know that we have all been left out in the cold when it comes to thoughtless swappers! Maybe there is even an honest explanation! We'll get it worked out for you in some way!! Hang in there kiddo!

I scored at a garage sale several boxes of card making and stamping magazines, some memory makers magazines and keepsake and rubber stamping. I would be happy to send to anyone that is interested and willing to pay book rate shipping. Just let me know, otherwise they will be donated to the library.

Joan, I think you did a fabulous job on this swap, especially given the fact that so many people "flaked out" on their partners. You were such a lovely and conscientious swap hostess. As one of the farmgirls who did not even get an acknowledgment or thank you from her partner, I am sadly reluctant to do another book swap. People spend time, money on postage, etc. and not to be thanked is just plain rude....not to mention those who did not even get a return swap. Then to see these women posting on other forums....c'mon ladies....really????
