I received my package from you yesterday - thank you so much! I absolutely love the book: I've started reading it already. It's like you knew exactly what would suit me! The washcloth matches my kitchen theme perfectly, the ribbon is so cute (I'm saving it for some sort of future project - maybe embellishment for a shirt I already have), and oddly enough, that picture looks exactly like my stepdaughter did when she was little. She's fifteen now, and right down to the clothes and her curly brown hair tied back, that could have been her at three years old. :)

I got a great looking book from Diana called "Space Below my Feet" by Gwen Moffat. While I haven't read it yet, as Diana says "it looks like a book about farmgirl spirit back in the 60's" and it sure does!! Can't wait to start it but I am trying to stay focused and finish the book I'm in the middle of. Thank you so much Diana! I'm sure I will love it.

| Marti, got your package yesterday and was totally blown away! The books are fabulous and will be taking the mystery with me on my trip to read as well as the "projects" book - so many things to make and not enough time. Roger and I will have a blast reading the concrete ornaments book together and seeing what we can make for our yard. I will also try my hand again with the easy crochet potholders - it's a stretch from making just dish rags for me. Is there a guarantee that they'll turn out as good as in the book? The lotion and gel will go into my purse straight away to take on my trip too. Thank you so much again, dear friend. |
