got one for you...


1 package of frozen spinich.....cook on stove, drain then add to 1/2 can of chick peas in skillet....about 5 oz. of feta cheese....add tumeric to it and warm.......put over some rice....and you have a very quick easy meal....its simple.

From what I read, Dairyless is a yogurt you can find in the organic or vegetarian sections. It does not contain any dairy products.
