I used to make a quick fruit cake bread, but it used a box of cranberry bread mix. One: I can't find the bread mix anymore in stores, and Two: I'd like to ask if any of you have a tried and true fruit cake bread recipe to share. I'd like to make mini-loaves for Christmas. The bread recipe I have takes crushed pineapple, maraschino cherries, dates and pecans.
