So instead of just a blog, I bought my own domain name today (an early bday present to myself). I am officially a dot-com!
Thanks for letting me share - I'm just a little bit excited!
Wife of terrific hubby and mom to 2 kiddos, 2 bunnies, 2 geriatric goldfish, and the best dog in the world!

Wanted to say "thanks" to all my farmgirls who've visited and subscribed - you guys rock (but you already knew that)! I've reached 16 followers already, and have had visitors from around the world: Canada, Russia, Ukraine, Qatar, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Netherlands (I'm betting this was Marian), and Germany.
Finishing up some photography today to go with content already produced. Doesn't that sound so professional and technical?! Like I said - I'm having a blast!

Yesterday was the first day that I could type my domain name into a search engine, and have my blog come up as the first "reply". It was such a cool feeling. Also, added two countries this week - UK and Spain.

And Amie, thank you for reminding "queen of your own domain" remark. I was feeling a little common today. I've just spent several months setting up Etsy shop, finding an ISP and setting up my own website (which includes links to my blogs as well as framed pages for my Watkins business and Etsy shop), prettifying my site, and, finally, writing for my blogs. Whew! It's a lot a work to be queen, but it's great.
