Don't know if you have a Reiki practitioner near you but one certainly helped me in the past.

Kristina- The problem may just be fluid building up. Have you had bad allergies or a heavy cold where you had a lot of drainage? The eustachian tube is relatively short and when you have a lot of secretions, they can back up into the tube and create ear infections or dull your hearing. I am not sure if you take medications, but you might try an antihistamine like plain Dimetapp and something like Afrin Nose spray together to dry up and open up your passages. Sudafed might be as effective as the antihistamine if you don't like the sleepy factor for antihistamines. I used to work with and ENT doc and he suggested these drugs when ears plugged up but there was no infection. Keep in mind that the guidelines for using Afrin should be 3 days on and then 5 days off. If you use that too much, you get where you have to have it to keep your nose open. But twice a day for 3 days plus one of the other drugs might help open up your head and your ears. It won't hurt you and it just might get you past this stuffiness in your head. Good Lcuk.

I've had some good luck with garlic oil drops. I'll just warm it up a bit and drop a few drops in and let it soak for a bit. I usually get it at our health food section of the local grocery store. The only real downside is that it is really, really strong smelling so you'll walk around smelling like garlic for a few days.

Dr. Sears says Garlic oil drops as well. I've heard oral antibiotics often don't help because there isn't much blood flow (putting the antibiotics there) in the area where ear infections occur.

I have always used garlic since my kids were little. I have minced garlic that I use for cooking in the fridge... put a few drops of that in if we don't have garlic gel caps in the cupboard. It has worked everytime.

I'm sure this has cleared by now, but if you dilute lavender oil with olive oil (1 drop to 7-8 drops) it works well for ears. Just make sure the lavender oil is pure. I've used it on my ears and it worked really well.
Much love,
