I might be interested in this. Have either of you used this program before? I did the Weigh Down diet years ago when it first came out and I really liked it but then there was the blow up with her religious beliefs and the church wouldn't let us continue. Are you thinking of doing this as an online group on this forum?

I personally have not used this program, but have a couple friends who have. They were happy and successful with it.

I'm doing it through a group at church. In week 2 of the journey. The program can be done individually. I thought this would be a good forum to share recipes and support each other.

I used this program several years ago to give me ideas. I liked it! It is quite simple and healthy. I had a friend who followed it to the T, lost quite a bit of weight and kept it off, and was quite satisfied with it!

I'm now in week 5 and enjoying the program. My cravings for sweets have for the most part dissapeared. I know I am loosing weight, wearing smaller clothes. I can't weigh in till the 15th as the program focus is not on how much you weigh, but knowing what is the right size for you. They also don't want your feelings dependant on what the results of the scale say, but focused on who God says we are.
