For me it shows up right underneath the "reply to topic" line.

some of my threads do and others skip it and have send topic to a friend or printer friendly only. Just started that. This thread doesnt show it. Maybe I should go back to bed and start over.:)

I didn't have it - and then realized I wasn't actually logged in. After logging in, all the options show up.
