I LOVE those lofthouse cookies you get at the big stores-the cakey ones with really sweet frosting? They usually have sprinkles on top? Well, I've tried recipe after recipe to get a copycat, and I made a recipe today that was SPOT ON!

This was SO good! I added some almond extract to the frosting-and they turned out wonderful!
