I have some too and it sounds like you are coming along fine. I made up two loaves and didn't have anyone to give the other 4 bags to so guess I'll have a freezer full of friendship bread made up in a week or so. Maybe I'll give some of the bread away. I was told you can add anything to it when you make it up, so I tried apples and pecans and the bread tasted really good.

We love friendship bread! I haven't started any in awhile, but lemon is wonderful and so is vanilla. I add whatever is in my cupboard, hmmm might have to start a batch and feeze some for christmas platters.

I use it all the time and absolutely love it. There is a website: Friendshipbreadkitchen.com and there are tons of recipes and I've made quite a few. Check it out.
