I just posted a recipe for cupcakes at the blog that are surprisingly wonderful. My doctor gave me the recipe and I have to say I love them!! He is all health conscious and thinks everybody should be off gluten and sugar, but I have not had any problems with gluten. I can do the no sugar thing, but God gave us wheat and I figure it's good enough for me!!! Anyway, if you are needing to cut out these things, you might enjoy the recipe.

I know, Tara. But think of the protein and fiber!! :-) They really are good. I eat one each day for a sweet treat.

Mary Beth, I made them this morning, they are great! My daughter and son, came over and tried them. My sister-in-law in Okla is also doing them right now. We love them. WE were impatient and could not let them cool for the cream to get firm. Thanks so much for posting these. We have had brownies with the black beans, but this is excellent.

Oh cool, Linda!! I am so excited that you like them. Do we all feel healthy now?? I know I do! That's funny that you couldn't wait for them to cool down.
