I just wanted to share a wonderful and easy recipe that I learned the other day, Peach Cheesecake. As many of you know August is Peach season, and as I love, love, love all Southern cooking, I find this recipe particularly heavenly.
Peach Cheesecake
Crust 7 Graham Crackers crushed 1/3 cup granulated sugar 5 Tbsp. Butter, diced Blend in food processor or blender crisco a 9" round pan and pour the mix in and spread on the bottom of the pan only. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, remove and allow to cool.
Cake 3 8oz. pkgs Farmers Cheese 3 Eggs 1 cup Granulated Sugar 1 Tbsp Vanilla Blend all ingredients together with an electric mixer. puree 2 Large Peaches, diced and add to mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 5 minutes until edges are golden brown. Cool in refrigerator overnight and slice peaches on top, drizzle with honey. Enjoy!

Yes!! Thank you so very much! I printed it off right away! I love the recipes that other farmgirls post!! We really should all turn in a favorite recipe and make our own books by printing them up on our on puters! Anyway, thank you again. I do not get peaches over here but when I move back home I will love making this I am sure because I love fresh peaches!! Hugz!!
