Last night, my husband and I tried MaryJane's Farm's Pueblo Stew. I wasn't sure if either of us would like it once I fixed it, as I didn't know really what to think of it! It smells wonderful, of course, and when my husband and I tasted it, we were pleasantly surprised! It's almost a corn-chowder in taste, with the polenta mixed in with some spice. Warm, but not too spicy. I think I would've loved to dip some bread in it, or better yet, have it in a breadbowl. I think it would also be good with chili; maybe half/half in a bowl.

Starbucks and sushi to green fried tomatoes and corn pudding-I wouldn't change it for the world.

Megan- What a great description of the Pueblo Stew. It is a very hearty meal and I think has a great balance of flavor. I like you can either eat the meals as the entire meal or you can add in or use them as ingredients in other foods such as you mentioned adding in some chili.

Doug takes the Jambalaya to work with frozen cooked shrimp. He adds the shrimp to it with the hot water and it all heats nicely together. It really gives him that "Cajun" taste that he really likes! You could also scramble hamburger and add it to the pueblo stew if you wanted or even grilled chicken! :)
