Phew! I think I just made it! I'd love to join! I'm actually going on vacation next week, so I'll get some postcards from there to send! Can we do a mix of vacation and our state?

This is going to be fun. I will receive 46+ pieces of friendly mail this summer. Brian the mailman will have a good time looking at all of the pictures as he sorts the mail. I will look at the map with the children to see where everyone lives. I will be able to travel even though I am not going on a vacation this summer. This is going to be fun!

My Fiance said I should take a picture of the ranch and have the post cards made :) I think that was a clever Idea.. I'll hop on over to Postcards.com like ya'll are doing and get them made up!

I can't believe our Walmart stopped carrying postcards! Went by there last night and no luck! (I know I bought some recently but they've evidently stopped selling them.) I'm still on the hunt and if nothing else works, I'll design and order my own.
In the meantime, there is a really cool digital archive of a Mississippi postcard collection at our MS Dept. of Archives and History. If you're interested in postcards, you might find this of interest: http://mdah.state.ms.us/arrec/digital_archives/cooper/

You might ask if they moved their postcard display. I went into ours for some souvenier items, including postcards. That stuff had been in the same place for months . . then they moved it! I don't know if your Walmart is the same as ours, but they move stuff around constantly!!
And, you might find them at motels, coffee shops/restaurants, gas stations/quick marts, places like Walgreens.
But have fun with whatever you come up with.
