Elaine, I just checked out the donut recipe and it looks delicious! I don't have a donut pan, which is kinda surprising if you were to look at my jam packed, (I prefer "well stocked") kitched cabinets. Wonder if I could use a mini bundt or muffin pan? Of course, they would no longer be donuts, but still tasty. Hmmm..Maybe worth a try. Also, I stuck around to read a little of your blog and loved the jury duty/ knitting needles story! Lol!

Elaine: changing your post is really easy. There should be an "edit" icon in the bar above your first post. Click on the button and then scroll down and retype your blog name. Be sure to include http:// in front of your blog name so it is recognized as a link. Or you can just do a new post with the correct link. Hope that helps!

I went to your blog and found the recipe too. I love donuts and have been wanting one of those pans for a long time. Somehow I've just never quite gotten around to buying one. Now that I have a recipe to try I think I'll get that taken care of soon! Thanks for sharing!

Cheers! ~ Marilyn

Boy, those look good!! I tell you what, I think I want a couple of those pans too and I thought that I would order a case from the kitchen product company I use. It looks like I can get them for around $10 each including shipping to me. Then there would be shipping for you on top, but I can go for the cheapest out there. I looked at Amazon.com and the same one is $12.99 and you would have to pay shipping for that too. If anyone is interested just drop me an email.
