Who is ready for spring and all the lovely things that grow that we can cook with. I am so excited to get back to cookin lots of things with my fresh herbs and veggies. It is my most favorite time to be in the kitchen cookin. I love to cook all year round don't get me wrong but when it is warm and i have stuff growing and it is just the best time i have in my kitchen. And planning what to make is exciting too. Going through all my spring and summer recipes just makes me feel so happy to be living in the country.
Here comes the warmer weather!!! May God Bless all of our gardens!!!!
Well - we have a ways to go before I will harvest anything at all, but I am definitely feeling it too. I'm trying some new stuff this year so will have new recipes too, can't wait:)

I can't wait my chives are blooming and my thyme has already gotten green and my parsley is growing too and even my basil has little tiny buds. I am so happy. I went grocery shopping today and love to see all the fresh produce out and flowers. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited. And tomorrow is supposed to be 72 here and on friday too. Can't wait.
