Does anyone out there make there on cheese and butter? Can someone recommend a good book to get for recipes to make different dairy things?

there is tons of info out there. There is the cheese making forum, (it is called that) I use Ricki Carrolls book. Making your own cheese, etc. is so worth it. Especially if you have your own milk.
