Does anyone have a recipe that does NOT use the red hot candies in it? I want it to be more natural. Just apple cider and cinnamon spice. How much cinnamon to use? Help?

hey linda, i think you can buy liquid cinnamon. as a flavoring. i would ask marsha ,, marjean maybe watkins has the flavor. then just add to your jelly. just an idea. happy days sherrye

Sherrye, as I have looked for recipes, I was thinking the same thing, a cinnamon oil instead. There is a spice shop not too far down the strret from me. Will check it out.
