We had the pumpkin pancakes last night! OOOOOOOOOOOOh were they yummy! I had to doctor the recipe just a little though. It was kind of bland> It is definiely a keeper according to my pumpkin loving husband!!

That's very sweet, Sharon :) And, also a dream of mine. "Sigh"...I always think I'd like to open a pie kitchen called "Pie Oh My!" and serve pies of all types. Savory pies, sweet pies, and a bit of soup and greens to even out the meal :)

That's one of the first "meals" I made my husband because he said he loved it :) We have it every now and again. I don't buy many hot dogs, just the Hebrew National ones on sale (which is rarely!) but I do enjoy it.

Marcia, grilling out sounds wonderful about now, when it's 30 degrees here...I'm SO OVER this winter!

Tonight, we'll be having something simple, like Pad Thai from the little restaurant down the street :) I'm picking the baby up, have errands to run that I didn't do last night because my feet got soaked in the deluge, just walking to my car, so they have to be done tonight!!

Real simple tonight, fish toco. Will chop some cabbage and make a dressing. Fish is from the Swan man (I know that is not how you spell Swan, it has an H and a W in there somewhere)

Last night we had leftovers but tonight we are having Calico Cranberry CousCous Salad. It is really good, and have only made it one other time. I am not a vinegar person but even using the full amount that they listed wasn't bad. So this time I will have a little less of the vinegar. It tastes great either room temperature or a tad cold. It is really quick to make as well. I am going to be making this for my quilt guild this coming monday.

What will thaw out in time?? When all else fails, I fix breakfast. Pancakes or waffles, bacon or sausage along with some scrambled eggs. Boy that sounds good, but I am already too far along with the chicken and noodles.
