FYI: So far, I've saved about $50 dollars in senior discounts...however, today, hubby and I went to a restaurant and while HE got one, I did not measure up, had to pay full price.
Something about that just galls me!

When I get asked if I am taking out my grandson or if I want the senoir discount they had better well give it to me. For the record I am 48 and my son is 4...I have the scars to prive he is mine! |

Oh Winona - that made me chuckle, too! Danged if you do, danged if you don't, huh?
Amen, Robin!!! People can be SO rude!!! If the buggers have the gall to ask, then I say they should be forced to give the discount! Shame on them!!! I'm 45 and haven't had that happen yet, but you've made me think about what my comeback will be when it does! LOL! (I remember being called "ma'am" for the first time in my late 20's - I was crushed!) I'm sure no matter what the goobs say, your little boy is worth every moment of their stupidity! :) I pray for another miracle baby every day, myself! :) You're so blessed!
Hugs - Nini

A friend of mine is 45 - 48 not really sure her husband & her are expecting for the first time. She got lucky, twins a boy & a girl.
I am 59 and a few times have been asked if I qualify for a senior discount & I always say yes. At first I was upset but that's when I thought you had to be 65. I was happy to hear I only needed to be 55. So now I ask for it. |

The first time I was given the senior discount was about 5 yrs too early, sigh. But now at 56, heck yes, thank you for the blessings, LOL! These days every little bit helps!
