I am getting ready to send off an order to Penzey spice and decided to inventory what I already have. I have a ton of stuff. Almost everything in their catalog. However I am still out of the things that I am out of. These are the spices and blends that I use the most of, of course. I was wondering how I was going to work a big spice order into my "new" food budget. Figured it out. I love to cook, garden and can. So I decided to add a new catagory to my budget.... Hobbies! Now I can't wait to get my spices and garden seeds ordered!!
