Hi Wende,
Our group is meeting to tour a fiber mill and attend a dyeing class next Saturday and I planned to get feedback then. If you're hunting for hotels and need more info in planning this I can send you my email list for our chapter and then you can just get info directly from the gals. Sometimes that makes it easier? I did a little research and found a ranch 20 minutes outside of town that had reasonable rate if rooms were shared. Is that something we might be interested in or are we wanting the entire Cowtown experience? This is your show, we're along for the ride and thrilled to take our first real trip with ladies from other MJF chapters so anything you decide will be fine with us!

Any cow experience is good with us.
Would like to see the Stockyards.. it is a shopping district, the museum and Billy Bob's Honky Tonk.
What do you think???
I need a cowgirl apron. I have a half apron that is great.. but I like a full apron just in case I spill stuff.. full apron = bib.. LOL
How many gals do you think will be coming along?

Wende, I just got the latest Texas State Travel Guide. It tells about all kinds of things to do in the area. I can send it to you in the mail if you like. Just email me if you want it. I think they sent an accomodations guide, too. Cathy

Carol and I will be meeting up with Tommie on the way and will be in FW Friday evening.
Ya'll want to meet that night for dinner??
Where is everyone staying?? We have not made reservations yet? Tommie is staying with a friend in Dallas.
Saturday will be a great day at the museum. Would like to see Billy Bob's honky tonk or the Stockyards shopping area.

I'm up for dinner Friday evening. The museum will be fantastic Saturday. I'm really itch'n to go to Billy Bob's Saturday night, never been.

Ladies,
I'm sad to say we're not going to be able to make it after all :(
I've had something come up and the lady who was traveling with me has also had a conflict arise.
Sorely dissappointed but it's out of my hands.
Hope you have a ton of fun!
