Care to take a visual trip? I just posted a 3 part post on my blog about a recent trip to Italy in March. The weather was similar to MI at that time of the year, but the sights were completely different. Enjoy!

Happy to be a "Raggedy Ann" in a Barbie World!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Glad that you enjoyed the photos. My husband just started talking with a coworker from Italy about house swapping for the month of August (when the co. takes the month off, if you happen to live in Italy!). The coworker would love to have a month in the states for vacation.

We couldn't do it this year though - too many weddings in the works :)! Who knows if we would do it in the future, but wouldn't that be so much fun? My husband did say that tending to the horses and chickens would be part of the deal :0!

Dear Ann,
Thank you for the Virtual Trip to Venice today! I really needed the break and mini vacation. Felt like I was there enjoying the dampness, the bold colors of the architecture and the outdoor cafes. Thank you from a former art history college instructor! I immediately went researching in my history of architecture text for the buildings in your photos. Very Impressive photos!

Just another bit of info:
In my days of grading countless art research papers, I have seen some very interesting examples of history re-written and taken as fact on Wikipedia. Just thought I would let you know that Wikipedia is not the best souce for accurate history if you are writing a paper. : )
Can't keep the school marm out of me! Trying to put her to rest, but she still comes out now and then.

Thanks again Forrester Farm for blogging the beautiful flowers and colors for those of us who have to wait until June to see anything like you are sporting. Ah Spring, we are waiting! I will start some flower seeds in the window, that sould help! Offical flowers in Montana? Well, every older home has peonies and lilacs! Two hardy beauties that can withstand so much extreme temps.
Have a great day!
Grayce
