I was just wondering if any one uses the silicone baking pans and do you like them? I was worried about chemicals leaking into the food. Just wanted ya all's opinion, thank you Carol

Silicon is actually really safe as it is inert. I have used it and like that I don't need to use as much oil.

I love silicone baking pans! They're easier to clean than metal baking pans, plus they come in all kinds of nifty shapes!

I use them for our lunches, I make a Bento type lunch for myself and hubby and the different shapes look so cute. But today, I baked little muffins and omlets in them and I'm hooked! I am so glad they are safe, and they clean up so nicely. Thanks girlsCarol
