Hello!
I want to buy a pressure cooker :). I receently read an article, I believe in Sunset, where the staff tested various cookers and recommended one...but now I can't find the article.
If you have a pressure cooker you have used for a while and can give me some feedback, I would appreciate it.
I have learned that "expensive" is not always the best...would rather go on recommendations from real live cooks :).
Thank you, Heike

I have a Presto 6 qt. stainless steel one that is very easy to use and comes with a trivet & sm cookbook/manual. It does a good job and is easy to clean & work. We're a veggie-eating family of six. I hope that helps. BTW, Presto rubber sealing rings are carried at Ace hardware stores, too, so when that time comes to replace it, it will be easy to find & affordable.
