Hello!
Every year, on New Years Eve my husband and I attend an annual cheesecake-bake off at a private residence. The prizes include hand-crafted furniture so the stakes are high. Last year my husband and I tied for first place---With New Years Eve fast approaching I am looking for the very best and unique cheesecake recipe on the planet!
My husband slipped and informed me that his idea for this years cheesecake will be based loosely on a Mexican Wedding Cake recipe---Wow...that sounds like 1st place to me!
I need some help with this so talk to me ladies...

We try not to get too competitive, but my DH is an AWESOME cook and he really plans for the best recipe he can come up with----Me...I don't want him to get the best of me so I start planning the day after our Annual Cheesecake Bake-off by scanning the net and looking through cookbooks-LOL! One year after seeing my entry he left his cheesecake at home!! Poor sport...
That is a great story. My husband is also a great cook and his brother graduated from the Culinary Institute. I am the baker and he is the cook. I am going to start checking around for you and see if I come up with any recipes... delicia
