Getting near the end of 2010. Just wondering if anyone had anything they had hoped to accomplish in 2010 and did?
Myself: I taught myself how to tat. I have had shuttles around the house for years but didn't have a clue how to do it.Through MJF Stitching book I saw the needle tatting. Received a needle from a dear lady on this forum and went right to it. I love it.
I also learned how to make homemade pasta from an Italian friend. I use our own organic flour from our farm to make it. I will never buy store bought again.
I'm very impressed with the tatting. I have the Stitching Book, but it seems so complicated. Maybe I'll have to give it a try. Isn't homemade pasta just the best? I'd say you had a great 2010. I am working on decluttering this year. Have one more room and one closet to go.
