My Niece turned 5 today and I took a pair of jeans and a snip here and there , sew here ,pin here, button over there. A voila, a pair a cute jeans, homemade .

The jeans turned out really darling! You make it sound soo easy.
I tried that once a few years back, they turned out cute, but I never tried it again. Anyhow, I am sure your niece looks super cute in them!
