My neice, Amanda, needs your prayers. She had a double lung transplant last spring and now her body may be rejecting them. She has gone throught quite a lot for being only 27. She went through leukemia at 17 and had a bone marrow transplant.

Update about my neice-she is getting better. They found it is normal to have 2-3 rejection like spells the first year after a transplant. It is always serious but knowing this might help her from having panic attacks as bad. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. She is probably going to need all the prayers you can give her for the rest of her life.

Thank goodness she's all right - I will still be praying, for sure! That must be so stressful to go through. Please keep us posted, for sure. I'm so happy she's feeling better today! Hugs - Nini

Will keep everyone in my thoughts and prayers. Please keep us posted on how things are going. Could we maybe send her a card or something to cheer her up and let her know that she is thought of?

Praying for Amanda & the touch of God's healing hands. I have asthma & I cannot even begin to fathom the discomfort & fear she must be experiencing if her lungs are not working as she needs them to. Will keep Amanda in my prayers.
