Does anyone have a recipe using graham flour? I have found a few online, but wondered if anyone had one they had used.
Thanks, Pam

Graham Flour and Whole Wheat flour are the same thing. The reason it is called Graham flour is because of how fine it is ground. You can use it in any recipe that calls for whole wheat flour so this opens up pretty much any recipe.

I will try some of my whole wheat recipes. Although my whole wheat has the starch and germ and my graham has the starch, germ and bran in it. I always thought whole wheat had everything in it till we took some of our own wheat to a mill and had it ground and now have unbleached (starch only) whole wheat (starch and germ) graham (starch, germ and bran), thanks Lillian. I will definatley do some experimenting. Pam
