Has anyone one done it?

I meant to can it ended up with only one pint of butter which wasn't worth the wasted energy to boil the water for the water bath.

Please tell me it will be ok in the freezer!

Thanks!

It will be fine, just place in freezer safe containers and you are good to go.

Phew! I was so worried I'd done something terrible. I now have a new respect for apple butter and understand why we rarely got to eat it growing up. Four pounds of apples made a measly pint!!
