Lori those jellys sound wonderful, I am off to experiment with lemon balm jelly using less sugar and no sugar pectin-you farmgirls got me inspired to try making some herb jellies-which I have never done before-fun

Herb jellies are fun! It seems like endless combinations of herbs and wines and juices!

Becky, I will post the partners on this forum after July 31st. If you go and use the subscribe to this topic button either on the top right or bottom left of page...you will be notified by e-mail when someone replies to this topic. You can also then go to your subscriptions and find it really easy too. Once I partner everyone up...you send an e-mail to your partner and work out the details then. Merry, I think that will be up to the partners. I usually make mine in pint size jars, but I have made it in the jelly jar size also. I really don't mind if I send out pints and get the smaller ones in return. I did not really set a size.

Diane if it's not too late I'd like to sign up for 2 partners. I've been off site for a few weeks dealing with medical issues with my dad. He's great and I'm back. Hope I didn't miss out on the sign up.

I use the 8oz jars too. The little 4oz ones never last a weekend in my house (hubby scarfs all my jelly...)
My black raspberries are coming in season! But since I started the plants two years ago, I don't have much of a harvest (so sad..). So I am off to the mother in laws this weekend to steal from her plants! heeheehee Depending on how much I get, I might make black raspberry jam instead of my strawberry!

City-bound for now! Looking for my little piece of heaven...
