I love to write and have always wanted to write a book about Homesteading in the modern age. There is a book called, "Living on the Earth" by Alicia Bay Laurel. I want to write a book like that. I teach domestic arts classes using time tested materials and skills and am amazed how many people want to learn these things. I love to read stories about women traveling west during the 1860's era, but I think I've read them all. Anyone got any suggestions on authors that write like that?
