I made a chocolate mousse/ chocolate silk type chill-over and I LOVE it too! It's tastes SOO much better than chocolate pudding from the store. Yours looks fabulous!! Yummy!

Lara, did you follow a recipe for the chocolate chill-over? I bought some chill-over powder from Mary Jane, but when I was traveling with my husband for his job in Ohio, I misplaced it. I haven't been able to find the box that it was packed in. I guess I'll just have to get online and buy some more. But the chocolate chill-over looks delicious......I'm going to have to try it!

Cynthia,

Yes I did! I made the, "Make your knees weak Chocolate," Chillover from page 110 in the Ideabook, Cookbook, Lifebook. I found it daunting at first, but if you follow the recipes you really can't go wrong, it's foolproof. We've been reading labels carefully and reducing commercial animal products, and switching from gelatin was just another area that we could substitute in our diet. Now that I keep a shaker of Chillover by my stove and I use it for soups, stews, gravy, and even white sauce. I'm a convert!

Warmly,

Please tell me what "chillover" is. Your chocolate chillover looks great, but I really don't know what it is.
