I'm sitting with a glass of red wine while my mister is busy baking salmon (loved up with some farmer's market, organic fishie rub) and corn. The strawberry without-the-shortcake is relaxing on the counter (MaryJane's recipe!) and all I can do is think about LOVE. Then, the mister brought me this beautiful passage, given to him by a friend that performs marriage ceremonies (Jeremy, my boyfriend, is about to perform the marriage ceremony for this friend and his longtime farmgirl love) that was so beautiful. I thought some gals here would enjoy it:

"We have come here today to celebrate LOVE. Love is a cosmic force no different than inertia or gravity. My favorite example of this is that of the apple tree... its LOVE of the earth causes it to unconditionally share each and every fruit of its labor. People tend to forget how strong and amazing the power of love is and how we can learn about it from every living thing...."

So, gals.... On this rainy (Michigan) Monday evening, I'm sending out lots and lots (and lots) of LOVE. Keep it going.

WITH FARMGIRL LOVE AND HUGS!!!
