Oh yeah. I am now on a gluten free diet. After years of eating bread, which I LOVE, my nutritionist is recommending this until my test results come back on food sensitivities. Walking through the grocery store afterwords was a lot of what I can't have. But I found organic strawberries on sale and a bag of fresh broccoli for $1 getting a little brown. Trim that up and now I have a freezer supply. So tonight I am working up some menu ideas. This coming just as my scraping group is going to order pizza. At least we have one place in town that does a wheat free crust.
