I'm really hoping that I am not to late to start re-reading the Little House on the Prairie books and do the projects. I can't tell you how much I love these books and have my granddaughter hooked on them now.
Thanks,
Kathleen

OK....two more days! Saturday morning I will start a new topic entitled "Little House on MJF Book #1" here in the Reading Room forum. The first post will be a list of project ideas for the first book. I am hoping that people will post pictures to show their projects. If you are not sure how to do that, go to the "Technical Support" forum for directions. Be sure to subscribe to the new topic so that you get an email notification when people post messages.

Until Saturday farmgirls.......

Oh My Gosh!1 I am so glad that I found this thread!! I hope it's not too late to join! I have the whole series right next to me on the book shelf. As soon as I'm done writing this post, I will reach for my dear friend, dust her off, and catch up to you all!
Can't wait for the project!

I never actually read them. I watched the show all the time when I was little. And once for a school project I dressed up as laura...I kind of look liked like the actress.

Oh man Erika, that was a steal. Treasure those books!!! My library has to order them in for me. Hopefully be here this coming week. I never read them but also watch the show. So I think this will be fun.

I'm getting a late start but would like to join the group. I've never read the Little House books but now is as good as anytime. I did get to join the tour for one stop, Little House museum in Independence Ks. It was inspiring to see what life must have been like back in that time period.

Hi girls, just wanted to mention to you that this month Mjf has an ad for CJBanks/Christopher and Banks clothing store...well, I just happen to work a couple days a week in one, and I wanted to share with you that they just got new tops in that have a stack of books on the front...the stack of books are: Pride n Prejudice, Jane Eyre, and oh shoot, I can't think of the other one now...but it's a darling top...and you can see it online at www.CJBANKS.com Was thinking about all of you when it came in.......I think it has little buttons on the sleeve also...it's very cute, nicely done...and with your MJF coupon, it's 30% off!
