The tree is an apple and it still produces good apples. When i started to landsape around it, it was all brambles. It is hollow i can step in to it.This fall a big part fell out now it's a open floor plan. I have all kinds of flowers and critters around it there is a Dragon, Unicorns,Gnomes,Fairys,Frogs,Rabbits,Turtles,Bugs,Butterflys, and more. My grand-daughers love to play around the tree.
Hope you enjoy my tree Karen Lee

Awesome tree! My grandma used to have a tree similar to it, and it was the coolest place to play (before it got cut down because the trunk was unstable).

What a beautiful old tree. I think older trees have so much more character and personality.

Hey Pennsylvania friend....I love your tree. I also love that you allow your imagination to take you to a mystical, magical place...and that you share that magic with your grandchildren. Children need magic and imagination....keep the fairies alive!

I see 3 faces. In the first photo, there's an old woman's face on the right, she's got a big smile and a bigger nose! In the last photo, there is a face on the right... looks kinda like the witch in Snow White, and then there's a bird's face sticking out of the top of the hole in the tree.
No, I haven't even watched Snow White in years... LOL. |
