Good Morning everyone!!!

My car is at the shop, but not to fix the ding from running into my guy's truck a couple of weeks ago. ABS light keeps going on and off and the transmission is slipping a little. Some days I wonder why we ever got away from the horse and buggy.

Mom has a doctor's appt so I'm going into work late. I just have the apratments to clean today. done
Then there's:
1. dishes done
2. mom has finally decided that the yardsale will be next weekend so i need to find somemore things to go
3. get a couple of RAOK's together
4. work on mail art and couple of other projects
5. yard work almost done. a pile of stuff waiting to go to the dump when I get the van back from the shop.

Good Morning girls :)

Melissa, I hope that you can get some good quality sleep. I recently started drinking Traditional Medicinals Nighty Night tea and it has helped me to relax in the evening. Melissa, it's possible that you might, a doctor told my husband that one can be thin and still have sleep apnea. Have you tried wearing ear plugs?

Yesterday was busy with Ladies Prayer and Bible Study.
Today's list:

~Dishes
~Work on Bible Study
~Harvest Violets
~Make Meadow Tea Some for the fridge and some for the freezer :)
~Exercise
~Correspondence
~Pay bills
~Transplant
~Laundry
~Make Pizza Sauce for tonight and freezer (if the recipe is a keeper :)) Okay, this recipe is SO GOOD!!! I posted a link for it in the Kitchen :)
~Make Pizza Dough
~Thaw meat for tomorrow's dinner (trying Grilled Tuna Kabobs :)) Thawing as I type :)
~Dusting since I didn't get to that Tuesday
~I would like to be creative too, I want to try making some cards so we'll see :)

Have a productive day all!

Oh my goodness! I would be lucky to get all that done in a month. LOL! I definitely need a list today. I'm feeling out of sorts
1. Organize swaps and letters to mail.
2. Prepare to film video
3. Laundry
4. Figure out what to make for dinner.
5. Set aside some time to read.

Sharon - thanks for the recommendation...though I don't have much trouble falling asleep at night. It's more a matter of snoring bad enough to wake the dead. (Me, not DH) The docs tell me I don't have sleep apnea, but...I must be borderline.

1. Write letter to sister
2. Dishes
3. Ironing
4. Check the garden for hail damage A few holey leaves
5. finish something. Anything. :-)
6. Blog post http://butterscotchgrove.wordpress.com/2010/06/10/smooshers-thursday-sassy-clay-creations/

Good morning Ladies :)

Melanie, wouldn't a horse and buggy be a nice change of pace? ? :)

Melissa, that's good that there was minimal hail damage. I have had hail in July totally destroy things. I hope you had better rest last night.

Pam, what kind of film video are you preparing? Inquiring minds want to know ;) Your pups are cute BTW and that penny rug is adorable :)

Good job Megan!

Today will be an easier day as I did most things yesterday.

~Bible Study
~Exercise
~Dishes
~Make bread
~Laundry
~Prep vegetables and marinade for tonight's dinner
~I am hoping to be able to spend some time in a creative way today
~Harvest more violets
~Make shopping list for tomorrow

Have a beautiful day girls!

Okay now for the home list:

Clean Bathrooms - (so I have a 3yr old little boy! UGH! NEVERENDING!)Got one Done :)
Do Dishes Check!
Clean out fridge - check canning jars (I had six jars of squash go bad on me :( Big bummer!)
Continue filing in the office
Laundry
Wash Ceiling fans (never got to them!)

Okay - That should do it :)

Sharon-I make 5 minute craft videos for Craftster.org. I film them at my house and they edit them in Chicago and then put them up on their website, Youtube and 5 minute video. We try to film 2 a month but lately it's been just one. I had no idea how much work goes into make a 5 minute craft video. It takes a couple of hours but I get paid to craft, so I can't complain.

Cool Sadiemae! I love a good deal and especially if it's something I have been wanting or looking for :)

Pam, that's really neat! I can imagine how long and how much work it takes, there are so many factors to consider. I'll have to check out Craftster :)

Lilly, I hope you and Melissa get to meet up, you will have a great time!

Well, today I am hoping to finish my last list, what was that a week ago? I'm having some motivation issues and feeling kind of down - I think it is physiological as well as psychological so I'm trying to figure it out so I can get my mojo back:)

Lilly - you have email!

Today is a rainy Saturday. I should be going to the Farmers Market, but it's 53F right now and the forecast is for "Showers today, heavy at times" - bleh. After last week, I'm NOT sitting outside in the rain for 8 hours. Sooo, here's the substitute list for today:

1. Bake bread
2. Grocery shop
3. Sew dolls and doll clothes
4. More jewelry
5. Mail packages, and birthday earrings to sister
6. Sleep (hubby can take the kids to "Train Set" - that's what they call Barnes & Noble, because they have a Thomas the Tank Engine set there.)

Hope you all have a lovely day and weekend. I'm starting a no-computer Sunday rule, so I'll "see" you all on Monday.

Melissa

Lilly~ Sounds like you are having an awesome trip!! And to get to meet up with some farmgirls along the way sounds absolutely delightful! I've been thinking about what you said, something else may be in the works. I've just not ever been very good at not knowing what's going on. Kinda like having to wait. I'm not good at that one either.

So for today:

1. I have to get all of my vents uncovered. The guys from the Weatherization program are coming today to test how airtight our home is and figure out what repairs can be done to it to make it more energy efficient. Oh they have a lot of work ahead of them and so do I! Now I'm wondering what ever possessed me to buy so much furniture???? done
2. Laundry- oh this is gonna be fun! I would really like a clothesline. It got up to 90 degrees in our little tin box this weekend. Really hope the guys can do something about that. one load left to dry
3. Dishes done
4. Haul off some trash done
5. Go to the post office didn't make it
6. Put everything back after the weatherization guys are finished. some things are put back

Hope you all have a wonderful day!
Melanie

Good Morning!!!!!

Today I have:
1. My spot clean at the apartments done
2. Post Office, Post Office, Post OfficeDONE
3.Move my furniture back to where it belongs in my living room or maybe I will mix it up a bit. Hmmmmm mom and the kids had this done before I got home from work. Wasn't that nice of them?
4. Find boxes and get some stuff packed for the yardsale
5. And of course your regular dishes, laundry and meals one more meal to go.

Our baby kitties outside went missing and turned up across the road from my sister about a block away. So we flew up to get them. My pizza pocket had to be reheated when we got back home for lunch. Eeeewwww!!! Pizza Pockets are like rubber when they are re-heated. But at least our babies are safe. I don't know if I should bring them in or not. I love the kitties. I just don't like fleas and litter boxes.

Ugh - the cottonwoods are snowing on us! I'm so congested I can barely breathe...but it was lovely to see my bare-foot, dress-clad little girl spinning in the drifting fuzz, trying to catch them.

Today:
1. Playgroup for the kids
2. POST OFFICE
3. Weed (we've had so much rain lately the weeds are going crazy)
4. Blog
5. Dishes/laundry/bathrooms
6. "Water Bugs" program at the library for the kids.
7. Blow my nose repeatedly

Later, ladies!

Wow I guess we all have been busy little bees here lately!

I spent today doing a spot clean at the apartments, hung out at my sister's pool for a little while, got a sunburn , went with mom to her eye appt., did some grocery shopping, took the younger two to VBS, then went to work on cleaning out Mamaw's old house.

I am pooped and ready for bed.
