Patti Ann,

I'm not sure that any of my products will into the Baskets, as they are vintage and many times I only have one of them. I am however working on a line of dolls, so hopefully I will have a prototype ready when you start calling for samples. They are soft dolls and might fit into the Baby Shower basket. I'll get super busy on it. Thanks for all your hard work!!

Here's another "box" idea. What about a "farmwarming" or "housewarming" box for those who are moving to a new home? Lots of options for creative goodies there.

What about farmkids boxes for bdays, rainy days, craft kit days, boy boxes, girl boxes...... and on it goes.

Did anyone say a "Get Well" box? Heck, you could make a biz out of just selling boxes, sort of like gift baskets, I guess, but only with homemade better gifts.

Melanie, what a great idea! Some of us here make or sell one of a kind items that would be more suitable for a more personal, one recipient box.

Great box ideas! There will be much more room to grow after we introduce the idea of the first four or five and see it take off....because you know it will...and then many more can be included because we want everyones products to be snatched up as the prized works of art they are! So, keep your imaginations flying high.
If any of you are unsure whether your products could fit in a "box"....I have already discussed with many how open I am to suggestions at this point due to all the possibilities that I personally just might not come up with. After a little while we will begin to narrow things down a bit as we select and then come up with certain items needed to fill in any empty spots we have left. The products still needed at that point will see me asking my MJFarmgirl sisters first to try their hand at them....before asking other vendors. So...our programmers are still hard at work. They gave us an update the other day to say that they have installed the shopping cart and are now fusing the functions and abilities of it with the design and look we need to pull this exciting venture off. I am holding my breath!...with a prayer.

God Bless You!

After reading your post, I have another question... are their any "gaps" that you need filled??
Sometimes its easier to fill a need.
Thanks

Cindy....thank you sooo much for sending me your products! After reviewing so many products and deciding on which ones will fill the "boxes" I will let you know what else we need. Should'nt take very long....just waiting for product arrival! One thing I do need some of....are party favors. Little farmgirl do-dads that guests can take home and feel special about. Suggestions from all creative minds would be helpful!

God Bless You!

Patti Ann, I would like to join in, I make quilted pillows using embellishments and printing pictures on fabric. I sell a lot of them . I faux art, sew, clothing, dolls, etc.I make card, and collages . I also make penny rugs, and table runners.
I had a small boutique for a while. I am in the process of having my daughter print up some of my pictures out of my digital camera which I would be glad to send you a copy.
Thanx
Jill

Sherry---got your information and you are all signed up farmgirl! Welcome!
Karla----The shopping cart is installed with inside pages wrapping up with design specifics by next week. We are training to learn the program and then it will go into beta testing....that is where farmgirl vendors signed up will kick into high gear and trial it before we go live. All farmgirl vendors will know exact dates by next week because I know everyone is anxious. I changed the logo again! I just had to get it right and so you all will see a cross between the first logo and the last.....a combo farmgirl with superpowers to sell her booty off!heeheehee

Good news Farmgirls! Beta testing by September 3rd and target date to go live is October 1st....yeah! Its been a little more complicated than anticipated according to our programmers but the sun is shining and all looks good. This has been quite the adventure so far and the best is yet to come. I want to thank MaryJane for her wonderful forum so we could get this party started and all the farmgirls so far that have signed up across the nation...and alaska...and the island of rota! Go to www.farmgirlproductsusa.com and check out our new logo....had to get it right! Stay tuned!

God Bless You!

For me, the later the start, the better! Gives us all more time to create our stash of products! I have been so busy with the kiddos this summer I'm chomping at the bit to really dive into creating instead of just dreaming and drawing my ideas into a notebook.
