Really appreciated the wonderful recipe for the gluten free chocolate cupcakes on page 69 of the new issue, since I have friends whom I wanted to bake cupcakes for but couldn't find a decent recipe until I tried this one.

My 4 year old niece cannot have gluten and now I can bake something yummy just for her!
