Someone placed a feel good moment about going through McDonalds and giving the girl at the drive through her gloves so he girl's hands would be warmer. I just replyed I give my cart to the next person at Aldi's so they don't have put a quarter in to get a cart out(you always get the quarter back) I just tell them to pass it on and perple are happy and say they will. Sooooooo I was just wondering what do you do that makes you and someone else have a warm fuzzy moment?

Hope all your days are Sunnydays.

I was given a gift card for a food store I do not normally go to because it is so far from my house. Last week I went shopping. I picked up everything I needed. At the register I found I still had about $15.00 credit on the card. The women behind me was trying her best to add things up in her head and putting a few things to the side she did not think she had enought cash for. So, I gave her my gift card. She was a little taken back for a moment. I wished her a Merry Christmas and walked away.
As I was pulling out of my parking spot, she waved me to stop. She thanked me and wished me a Merry Christmas too.

...Warm and fuzzy...

The one little thing I try to make sure to do very often is compliment strangers out in public. Usually it stops them cold, then brings a smile to their face. I love to make other people feel good, it's a win/win blessing!!

I was going to the grocery store and saw this elderly man hauling out his large and heavy trash can. I stopped the car, and wheeled his trash can to the road for him. He was very appreciative. It sure made me feel good.

I went into Blockbuster to return some movies early one morning. It was freezing in there and there was only one woman working. I mentioned how cold it was and she said the heat wasn't turned on yet and she had forgotten to bring a sweater or coat. She had on a short sleeved t-shirt. I didn't have on either as I was just planning to run in so I went down to the other end of the strip center and bought her a large cup of hot chocolate. At least she could keep her hands warm. She was so surprised she almost didn't take it.

I was in line for a latte yesterday (a rare treat for me) and I gave the gal a $10 and told her to use the change to buy a latte for the person behind me. She asked if I knew them, and I said no, Merry Christmas....then I put a couple bucks in her tip jar too. I hope that gal behind me smiled :)

Last Friday, the gal working the window at McDonald's remarked "I wish I had gloves" when I handed her my money in my gloved hand. So I took mine off and gave them to her. I was on my way to work and wouldn't need them until the afternoon, but she was just starting her shift and her poor hands were already white. She said really and I said sure you need them more than I do. She waved them to her coworker and said look I have gloves. Made me smile all the way to work.

I had to call my payroll company to find out about my faxed timesheets for my job. The woman I spoke with sounded irritated and short; like it was such a bother to answer my simple questions. It was hard for me to understand her also, as I think I was on speaker phone and I had to ask her to repeat a few things. I suppose I could have been annoyed with her for being annoyed with me, instead I was cheerful and when I was done, I said thank you and Merry Christmas. She paused and suddenly said "Merry Christmas to you also!" and she sounded shocked and happy at the same time. Maybe she had dealt with grouchy folks all day and that is why she was so short.
There is a scripture in Proverbs I believe that says something like "A gentle answer turns away wrath...." How true. It is amazing what a simple smile, or a "Merry Christmas" will do!~

Ladies, it is people like you who make this world a little better! Thank you all for sharing!

Mine are just little things like smiling as someone, opening a door for them, wishing them a Merry Christmas, just littling things like that. I cannot buy them a cup of coffee but I can make them smilie!!!! Merry Christmas to you all!!!
Hugs,
Channah

Those are all great..But sometimes it backfires last summer I was comming home and was waiting for traffic to move which I never before had to wait before but that time I did and I looked over and a guy was laying on the ground under his car waving maddley so I pulled over nd he told me the jack slipped and his finger was stuck between the jack and the car and he could not free himself. So I flagged over another car and they helped me lift the car the 1/2 inch needed to free the guy. Then he said he was ok and walked toward his house so the other guy and I left. Later that day I was telling my girlfriend what happened and she said oh that guy is no good he's a pedophile. It's a good thing I didn't know that before because then I would of have to think should I help or not, I'm sure I still would of but it took the happy, warm feeling away. Maybe not the guy asked me if he could do anything for me and I said just be nice to everyone and he nodded yes.

Hope all your days are Sunnydays.

I told an elderly lady that her sweater was so pretty and bright. You should have seen her face light up. It made us both feel good. And my DH was given 4 gallons of gas free from a fellow customer the other day.She just said, "MerryChristmas!" Can you believe that.

I've been hunting down the little old man that shovels and salts walkways...he isn't all there in the head and works so hard out in the freezing cold. I've bought him things in the past and so it's my mission to get him food and coffee when I see him working this winter. :) There's just something about him.
