Ever buy grape or cherry tomatoes, put them in the fridge, and forget to eat them? They get a little loose and wrinkled, and suddenly nobody wants to eat them?

I took mine, cut each in half and cooked them in a wonderful "hobo scamble" and my family ate them up!! No waste! Often we buy the organic grape tomatoes, and it is an awful waste when no one will eat them.

I scrambled cut up potatoes, leftover bacon, a can of corned beef, chopped green onions, and the cut up elderly tomatoes, with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Fam loved it. Bon apetite!

I don't suffer from stress. I'm a carrier.
