In honor on my good friend Dona (I posted about her under the hogs and quiches)
I strongly recommend anyone who has been touched by caner. A friend, a relative, yourself... anyone you know who may have survived this or was not so fortunate.

And especially ANYBODY who may have a risk of colon cancer...It's a silent killer. It's on both sides on my family and at the tender age of 30, I began down thr path of screenings every 5 years.
The recommended age for screenings is 50. So please. An afternoon on the can dealing with the prep is noting compared to the alternative. |
