Channah, don't mean to rub it in, but Milwaukee's getting 70's too! lol! I'm sorry Washington isn't as receptive of the new season as other parts of the country are!

Well you've heard of April showers but have you ever heard of April snow? Well, now you have! lol It is freezing outside, we are having a really bad wind storm, and it is raining hard.. This is just the weather I wanted my goat to have her babies in. She is so ready right now to give birth! Wish us luck!!

It was in the 80's here today. Way too hot too fast if ya ask me. We were freezing last week.But I'll take it. I just wish we could have a nice gradual warm up. But I have my windows open and I am planting in the garden! I am happy!
Channah, I'm so sorry ya'll are having such cold weather. But didn't you say it's not been that cold this winter? Maybe ya'll are getting that cold now.

I believe I am in the wrong part of the country....we rarely get much of a spring, it just warms up one day right into summer lol. Yesterday NE IL was 80 degrees and locally we had 50 mph wind gusts, it was crazy. Now it is raining and almost 20 degrees cooler, but I love the cool!

| Channah, I just had Sarah my Angora goat sheared yesterday. I have a coat on her and I just put a heat lamp in her stall. I check it to make sure its okay. I hope it warms up soon. Vicki |

Easter ended on a bang, or maybe that should be lots of thuds After making all of the holiday/ family rounds, my hubby and I crashed for an evening of TV & pizza. Out of nowhere we heard "thump,thump,thump" on the roof and looked out at marble sized hail !!! Welcome to Spring in the Midwest !!!

It's supposed to snow today!

Warm and muggy all day yesterday with threat of storms too.. But none. It is suppose to be warm again today and then a cool down for a day!

It is going to be actually like springtime here for the next week! Like in the high 60's to low 70's! It is wonderful. But really cool at night which is ok. But who knows what's after this.

It was beautiful last week and now the yuck begins!!!!! It has been chilly and windy here over the past 2 days! we even had a frost friday night!! today is supposed to be highs 55 and lows 40 but I think the weather people are just teasing lol
